🇿🇦 Resultados Finales 19no Campeonato Mundial CMAS de Hockey Subacuático Sudáfrica 2016

La Federación de Hockey Subacuático de Sudáfrica (SAUWH) y la Confederación Mundial de Actividades Subacuaticas (CMAS) organizaron el 19no Campeonato Mundial de Hockey Subacuático llevado a cabo del 23 de marzo al 2 de abril de 2016 en Stellenbosch, República de Sudáfrica. El evento comprendió las Categorías Élite femenina y masculina, así como Masters 35 años o más masculina y Masters 32 años o más femenina.
Australia Potencia Mundial
Este sábado 2 de abril se realizó la jornada final del Campeonato Mundial de Hockey Subacuático, en el cual participaron 17 países y en donde Australia confirmó su supremacía mundial en este deporte, al titularse Campeonat en 3 de las 4 categorías. Sudáfrica se ubicó en el segundo lugar por naciones, seguida de Gran Bretaña, Turquía, Nueva Zelanda y Francia.
Colombia en el Podio, España y Argentina con buena presentación
Colombia por su parte, logró un importante 3er lugar y medalla de bronce en la categoría master femenina ubicándose en el 7mo lugar por naciones, además, ocupó el 4to puesto en las categorías élite masculina y élite femenina, así como el 7mo lugar en la categoría master masculina. España se ubicó 5ta en la categoría élite femenina y 11ra en élite masculina. Argentina fue 8va en máster femenina, 12da en élite femenina y 14ta en élite masculina.
